Clients and Contractors can review space plans, design concerns and up to the minute revisions, with the combined technology of Internet Explorer 5.01 and Volo View Express. Any client can provide their mark-ups and send them via email back to our office for us to post online. This innovative process provides the freedom of individuals to access their drawings 24 hours a day, seven days a week without the high cost of shipping and paper reproduction. It also saves our trees!

ArchéPlan - Space Planning
We would listen to your comments and requirements to determine your programming requirements and company image. Conceptual planning and layout shall incorporate the programming requirements for the space. We shall survey field conditions and incorporate them into CAD drawings, determine compliance with all applicable codes, exiting, and ADA/ Title 24 requirements. If needed, we shall include exterior studies,landscape concepts, etc. as required, to maximize branding of corporate identity and enhancing the visitor's perception of your company. Strategic advice keeps the Clients best interest in focus.

ArchéDesign - Design Development
We would consult with you on corporate lifestyle and standards related to overall building layout and building exterior studies and gather, for your approval, finishes, materials, fixtures, hardware, and design details sufficient to convey the intent and character of the overall plan. Our main thrust of design energy will be distributed to the most appropriate areas of concern.

ArchéCD - Construction Documentation
Using the finalized space plan and design development package, the next required services for documentation will be the working drawings and specifications. These documents will include all plans, elevations, details and specifications for the project to obtain a permit, and for the work to proceed as specified in design development.

This work includes coordination with but not limited to MEP, Fire Protection, Structural, and Civil Design Engineering Team selected by either party with the appropriate Architectural oversight and Input from our design and professional production staff. In addition, the telephone, network, cabling, security, and any other vendors shall be folded into our management of the project from start to end.

ArchéPermit - Permit Submittal
With our close "Hand Shake" relationships with Local Jurisdictions, We shall bond with the Local Building, Planning, Engineering, and Fire Departments to obtain the appropriate permits needed. We shall coordinate the engineering and/ or design-build drawings in the submittal process, and immediately respond to any city comments in a timely fashion.

ArchéValue - Contract Negotiation & Value Engineering
We shall find the most cost effective approach to construction methods related to the design intent. All related construction cost shall be evaluated with our help to determine and provide cost saving ideas. Our main goal is to provide the client with every aspect of cost savings at the start of space conceptual planning to the final punch-list of the project.
