Located at East St. James and North First Street, this 1903 Burnham & Ruth designed county courthouse underwent seismic upgrades and restoration throughout. The design team incorporated modern design with historic elements. Many hurdles, such as tight schedules, historical accuracy and budgetary constraints were overcome.
