This building reflected the open environment of the University Campus. The wood trellis reflects the environmental concerns of the campus. Open interior three story lobby with a bridge walkway and open trust systems further reinforces the Campus openness concept. In addition, the lobby enhances the visitor's experience to the offices. Wood veneer panels line the central office pod and it enhances the richness of the space and the client's philosophy concerning warmth and being inviting. Freestanding conference room with leather wrapped pivoting door panels, glass clerestory and custom built millwork provide a comfortable environment for the employees to conduct a meeting with clients and/ or visitors.
